Brighton Feature
To provide more space for this entertaining family, the project required a period style weatherboard extension to the rear Family room and a fresh update to the adjoining Kitchen with a Walk in Pantry. The Meals area was opened up to take in the view of the backyard and flow out onto the existing Deck. A new Laundry, Powder room, large Study and Store room was also created. Careful consideration was given to reusing period feature lead lighting, matching timber flooring, doors, door furniture, cornice, and window styles amongst today’s requirements for a modern home.

Functional Detail
To provide a more functional living zone to this contemporary weatherboard home, we altered the layout of the ground floor, giving the family a new formal living room and front entry, updated Bedroom 1 with a Walk in Robe and En-Suite, new Powder room, large Kitchen with a Walk in Pantry, Meals area, Study Nook, Family room & Deck.
With custom cabinetry and detailed features throughout, this home sets the bar for traditional family living.
