With a heritage overlay listed on the property, the family needed some help with expanding the home to suit there grown family needs. Working with Councils planning department, we were able to add on an upstairs extension at the rear of the home containing 3 bedrooms and family bathroom while still maintaining the heritage façade. While downstairs re-configured and modernised the kitchen and family rooms.
